We are a true traditional smokery. We hand fillet every side, cure far longer with just salt and hang smoke in our brick kilns for over 24hrs using only whole oak logs. Since 1964.

You get a beautiful texture, wonderful smoky aroma and taste, with a far superior shelf life. A four day process that cannot be rushed.

Our products are unlike the majority of smoked salmon found many places which is normally mechanically processed, laid flat and smoked in machines, all done in under 24 hrs to keep as much water weight in as possible. Don’t be fooled by clever marketing.
