    Springs’ new brand logo

    ‘Change’ is not a word you hear much at Springs.

    Our smoking kilns? They’re the same as they were 50 years ago. Our salmon? Nothing new-fangled there either: we simply dry-salt it, refuse to use additives and, very slowly, let it take on the smoky scent and flavour of Sussex oak.

    But we did decide we could spruce things up a bit with the way we looked. So we’ve created a new brand logo. And it comes from the heart of our smokery – literally.

    We’ve used the charcoal from our kilns to create some fabulous textures and shapes for our new packs. It’s true to our heritage, just like everything we do.
