Whole Fresh Salmon comes into us, they are Hand Filleted by our expert in house team, Cured with just salt, no other additives. We then smoke in our 50 year old brick kilns and finish off by roasting in our oven. You will get a beautiful flaky smoked salmon, ready to eat in a true traditional method.
Serving suggestion: Wonderful with a fresh salad.
